Our mission

The Global Way (noun)

The standard of care behind Horizon Global Services: treating the trust, time, and money a business owner hands over as seriously as if it were your own, and making every step of growing their business smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable, especially when it pushes them outside their comfort zone. It means going above and beyond for every client, then always finding new ways to do even better.

The problem

You didn’t get into this business to become a marketer.

You got into it to build things people talk about. But here’s what’s actually happening:

  • Your calendar fills from referrals, then goes quiet.
  • The before-and-after photos on your Instagram look exactly like every other contractor’s feed.
  • The leads that do come in take hours to get a response, and by then they’ve called someone else.
  • The marketing agencies you’ve tried before sent invoices, not results.

In the luxury market, homeowners aren’t comparing your work to your work. They’re comparing your name to every other name on their list. Trust decides who gets the call.

Trust is built before the estimate.

The system

One system. Everything it takes to own your market.

01

We film the content

Professional videographers come to your job sites and your office. You talk about what you’re building. No memorized scripts, no corporate nonsense. We plan the ideas, write the hooks, edit everything, and post it. Your face, your voice, your process. That’s what a $2M+ buyer trusts.

02

We run the ads. Meta only, on purpose.

We only run Meta ads, and that’s deliberate. Google captures demand that already exists: someone types “custom home builder Scottsdale” because they were already looking, and you’re bidding against every builder in the valley for that click. Meta creates demand. Facebook and Instagram are the only platforms where a homeowner can watch you walk a job site, see the reveal, hear you explain why you build the way you build, and inquire in the same scroll. They’re not responding to an ad. They’re inquiring because they already see the work. That inquiry is warmer than any search click, because trust started before the first message. The content is the targeting.

03

We automate the sales

Every lead from your website, Instagram, Facebook or Google gets a response in seconds, 24/7. The AI qualifies, books the estimate, nurtures before and after, and filters out tire kickers. You own the CRM and the data.

04

We rebuild the website

If your site is costing you jobs, we rebuild it. Conversion-built, custom, yours for life.

The only metric that matters

We will never report clicks, views, or likes to you.

Other marketing companies love those numbers because they’re easy to inflate and hard to argue with. They’re also bullshit. Views don’t pay your crews. Likes don’t build your next home.

Here’s our entire reporting philosophy: the only number that matters is projects.

“I would rather hand you a video with 500 views that gets you five projects than a video with a million views and zero projects.”

Every month you’ll see what we spent, what came in, and the margin it made. That’s it. That’s the report. If it ever stops making sense, you’ll know before we do.

Proof

Real clients. Real numbers.

Four firms, four years, almost $200,000. Then this.

Craydl · Architectural design studio

“Four marketing firms. Four years. Almost $200,000. Not one lead.”

Adam Katz, Founder of Craydl, came into our first meeting suspicious of marketing, and he had every reason to be. So we didn’t push a big budget. We built his messaging, defined exactly who he wanted as clients, and built a way to actually reach them.

Now a builder he’d chased for three years books meetings straight off our Instagram ads.

A job site content engine launched from the first shoot day. The owners talk about what matters to them; we handle everything else.

Owner-led storytelling that makes the right homeowner say “that’s exactly what I want.” The putting green for the golfer. The media wall for family nights. The pergola for the sunset.

How it works

From zero to a full pipeline.

  1. 01

    Foundation

First professional shoot day. We build your CRM, train the AI on your exact business, and rebuild your website if needed. Everything is tested before it goes live.

  2. 02

    Reactivation

Before a single ad dollar is spent, we run a campaign to every past lead and customer in your database. Most clients see their first return here.

  3. 03

    Build the brand

We start posting the content we filmed, so when ads launch, anyone who clicks finds a page that proves you’re the real deal.

  4. 04

    Launch the ads

Meta ads targeting your ideal customers. Every lead hits the same AI system, gets answered instantly, and gets booked.

  5. 05

    Autopilot

Ads bring leads in. The AI works them. You show up and close. Your pipeline stays full without you chasing anyone.

Objections

The questions every owner asks us.

I’ve been burned by marketing agencies before.

Most agencies run ads with nothing behind them. We build the content, the brand, and the follow-up system first, then turn on the ads. That’s why it works when the last four didn’t.

I don’t have time to be on camera.

You talk about what you’re building for two minutes at a time. That’s it. We handle everything else: planning, filming, editing, posting.

My work speaks for itself.

It speaks to the people who already found you. What about the thousands who never do? Visibility is not a vanity project. It’s the difference between quoting on value and quoting on price.

What if the leads are junk?

The AI system qualifies before anything reaches your calendar. Tire kickers get filtered automatically. Your team only talks to real buyers.

Am I locked in?

You can work with us month to month, no commitment. Or sign a 3, 6, or 12 month agreement, which cuts your setup fee to $6,500 on a 3 month, $5,000 on a 6 month, or $2,500 on a 12 month, because the build cost is recovered over the term instead of upfront. Same system, same department, same performance bonus either way.

Why only Meta ads? What about Google?

We only run Meta, and that’s deliberate. Google captures demand that already exists. Someone typing “custom home builder Scottsdale” was already looking, and you’re bidding against every builder in the valley for that click.

What about clicks, views, and likes?

We will never report those numbers to you, because they’re bullshit. Views don’t pay your crews. Likes don’t build your next home. The only number that matters is projects. We’d rather hand you a video with 500 views that gets you five projects than a video with a million views and zero projects. Every month you’ll see what we spent, what came in, and the margin it made. That’s the report.

Does this work for my trade?

We’re built for luxury contractors: custom home builders, architectural design studios and virtual design construction firms, remodelers, and luxury outdoor living contractors. And any other luxury trade that takes on big projects. If your average project is six figures and your buyers care about craft, this system was built for you. What they all have in common: the buyer isn’t shopping on price, they’re shopping on trust.

What does it cost?

A one-time setup fee covers your first shoot day, the full AI and CRM build, your website, and a reactivation campaign to your entire database. Then a flat monthly rate for the entire department, with a performance bonus tied to the revenue we generate you. If we don’t perform, the bonus never triggers. Exact numbers are on the call, because the right configuration depends on your size and goals.

Brennan Giannotti, Founder of Horizon Global Services

The Founder

Why I built this.

I grew up in Chandler, Arizona around construction. In middle school I hung door flyers in 120-degree heat for $10 an hour for my friend’s dad, a contractor. And I’d help my uncle at his job sites. A lot of that was keeping everything clean, because that’s how he ran every job site. He treated cleanliness the same way he treated a finished project.

Here’s the honest truth about my uncle: he still runs his company today, and he doesn’t want to grow it. He never wanted to hire more people, because he knows he’s the one who does the best work. That’s why people hire him: the highest quality work, a few jobs a year, him on the tools. He can’t scale and he doesn’t want to scale. That’s just his thing. Other people obviously do.

Watching him taught me there are two kinds of contractors: the ones who want to stay on the tools and stay booked, and the ones who want to build something bigger. I built Horizon for the second kind. And it’s why I only work with contractors who do good work. I know the level of attention and care it takes to deliver a good project, because I watched it my whole childhood. My job is to make sure the world sees what they see.

Then I spent years in high-ticket sales, closing $5K to $20K deals, and learned the thing that changes everything: if a new inquiry isn’t answered within minutes, it’s gone.

Horizon Global Services is the system I wish my uncle had if he’d ever wanted to grow. I build every one personally.

Book a call

45 minutes. No pitch. Just clarity.

We’ll look at your site, your ads, your content, and your follow-up. By the end you’ll know exactly where you’re losing jobs and what order to fix things in. Some of it you can handle yourself. Some of it you won’t want to. Either way, the list is yours.
